Women’s History Month

The Psaros Center joins the nation in commemorating Women’s History Month by conducting interviews with some of the best and brightest women shaping the world of business and finance. These features aim to showcase successful women in the finance field and provide advice for rising women students on how they can achieve their own success in business. Women Leaders in Finance and Business Interviews

Georgetown MBA and undergraduate students interviewed women leaders in finance and business.

Women leaders interviewed:

Professor Reena Aggarwal introduced the Center for Financial Markets and Policy’s series of events celebrating Women’s History Month.

Mary Erdoes, Asset & Wealth Management CEO of JPMorgan Chase, was interviewed by Georgetown University students Anastasia Nesterova (undergraduate student) and Lydia Kickham-Dawes (MBA student).

Academic Seminar: Gender and Diversity Research

March is Women’s History Month, and the Center has organized a number of events to celebrate. These include 1) student interviews with Women Leaders in Finance and Business series; 2) Career and Networking events for women students, and 3) Academic finance/economics research presentations related to gender and diversity.

In collaboration with the McDonough School of Business Dean’s Office Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Seminar Research series, three academic papers were presented.
