Careers in Finance: Education and Networking Event

The Georgetown Psaros Center hosts a Careers in Finance: Educational and Networking Event each academic year. Over 300 students annually attend with invitations extended across schools at Georgetown University.

The fall 2024 Careers in Finance Event will be held on Wednesday, September 11. Registration and event details are available here

This event, hosted in Lohrfink Auditorium, consists of a panel featuring Georgetown alumni with a range of academic and professional backgrounds. During the panel, the alumni share their stories and how they transitioned from Georgetown University students to their current roles. Moderated by Professor Lee Pinkowitz, the speakers answer questions from the audience and share advice on how to best transition from Georgetown University into the financial services industry. Following the panel, the speakers and students are invited to network during a reception in Fisher Colloquium.
