Laksh Patel (B’27) is a student at Georgetown University majoring in Finance and Operations/Analytics with a minor in Tech, Ethics, & Society. He is passionate about startups and investing, with a strong interest in private equity, growth equity, and venture capital. Laksh is particularly focused on leveraging finance and data analytics to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and strategic decision-making, helping businesses navigate critical inflection points. He has pursued this interest at Georgetown as a Tech Consultant for Georgetown Ventures, a student-run startup accelerator. He has further explored it through various internships, including an upcoming business analytics internship at UnitedHealth Group. Beyond academics, Laksh has a deep love for sports, actively playing golf, cricket, and basketball. He serves as the Treasurer of the Georgetown University Cricket Club and is involved in multiple intramural basketball teams.
