Huan Tang

Huan Tang is an assistant professor of finance at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include fintech, digital economy, banking, and household finance. Prior to Wharton, she was a professor at the London School of Economics. Her work has won various academic awards and government research grants and appeared in leading academic journals such as the Review of Financial Studies and the Journal of Financial Economics.

She received her PhD in finance at HEC Paris, MPhil in economic theory and econometrics at Toulouse School of Economics, and BA in mathematical economics at Fudan University.
