Cole Capriotti is a freshman in the McDonough School of Business, pursuing majors in finance and accounting. He is originally from Seattle, Washington and loves to fish, hike, and walk his dogs. On campus, he is part of the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund, Hilltop Consultants, and the Hilltop Microfinance Initiative. Last semester, he had the opportunity to volunteer with the Psaros Center at the Financial Markets Quality Conference. Through this experience, he became interested in how financial regulation affects market efficiency and investor confidence. This urged him to apply for the FinPolicy Trek as it offers an opportunity to explore finance-policy intersections while engaging with key policymakers and industry professionals.
