The Georgetown Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of business directly engages with students, enabling them to contribute to substantive work through various events and leadership opportunities.

Within the Georgetown Psaros Center, students are encouraged to provide thought leadership by conducting original research and attend ongoing events related to financial policy topics such as fintech, digital assets, market structure, and more.

 

FinPolicy Trek

The FinPolicy Trek is an unique immersive experience that takes Georgetown undergraduates to landmark financial offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City. The annual FinPolicy Trek gives students firsthand experience with addressing current issues faced by policymakers and market participants.

Undergraduate Stock Pitch Competition

Georgetown students are invited to participate in the annual Undergraduate Stock Pitch Competition for a chance to win a cash prize of $2,500! Competing teams will have the opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial and research-based investment capabilities to a panel of industry judges.
