Tobias Feldman Largier is a student in the College of Arts and Sciences studying economics and government. He grew up in Berkeley, California, where he enjoys exploring the outdoors. On campus, he is involved in Innovo Consulting, a student-run consulting group serving nonprofit and corporate social responsibility clients. He is also a teaching assistant in the Walsh School of Foreign Service, a member of the Blue & Gray Tour Guide Society, and part of the MSB Tech Center.

Through his academic and professional experiences, including coursework in microeconomic decision-making and an internship with the House Committee on Ways and Means, Feldman Largier has developed an interest in how regulatory frameworks evolve in response to emerging challenges. As a Psaros Scholar, he looks forward to participating in the FinPolicy Trek to better understand how business leaders and public institutions collaborate at the intersection of finance, regulation, and innovation, particularly as private markets and digital assets continue to shape new policy and business frontiers.
