Jessica Dybfest, Assistant Director
Jessica Dybfest is the assistant director for the Center for Financial Markets and Policy. Prior to this role she was a faculty assistant for the McDonough School of Business. Dybfest has a B.A. from Dickinson College in international business and management.
Hilary Halpern, Graduate Assistant
Hilary is a first-year Full-time MBA student at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She began working as a graduate assistant for the Center for Financial Markets and Policy in fall 2015. Prior to Georgetown McDonough, Halpern served as a staff member for Senator Michael Rounds of South Dakota and spent five years as an associate manager of strategic communications with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She holds a bachelor's degree in art history from Lehigh University. Halpern also was a 2010 American Enterprise Institute Scholar. While at Georgetown Halpern has been an active member of the Business and Government Alliance and the Graduate Consulting Club.
Brian Kelly, Graduate Assistant
Brian Kelley is a first-year MBA student concentrating in finance, and is a Washington D.C. area native. He graduated from The University of Virginia with a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in religious studies. Prior to returning to school, Kelly worked as a relationship manager at Citibank and a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, both in Washington, D.C. His hobbies include day trading, playing pickup basketball, and performing at open mics at local coffee shops (vocals and guitar).
